FEES:     

8 weeks to 2 year old’s - $168.00 weekly

3-5 years -$150.00 weekly

After schoolers- $100.00 weekly                       

Daycare Registration Fee  (nonrefundable) - $100.00 

After School Registration Fee (nonrefundable) - $50.00

Yearly Curriculum Fee (12 months- 5 Years) $80.00

A 15% discount for weekly service will be honored for each multiple enrollee in the same family. Late Pick Up fee is $5.00 per minute and will be billed along with your weekly fee. All fees should be paid via check or money order or credit card.

• Fee for full-day service is due weekly by 9 AM on Monday.

• Fee for after school service is due weekly on Monday at pick up time of child from the Center.

• Payments made after specified time above is considered late and a $25 late payment fee will be assessed. Failure to make timely payments weekly, as specified above, will result in no provider service and loss of reserved space.

• Weekly fees are due regardless of your child’s attendance. Tuition is based on annual enrollment. Credit cannot be given for missed days due to sickness or vacations. Payment is for the spot reserved for your child/children.

• WRITTEN NOTIFICATION OF YOUR INTENT TO WITHDRAW IS DUE AT LEAST TWO (2) WEEKS IN ADVANCE.

• A $20 service fee will be assessed for all

  • NSF/ returned checks

• BIWEEKLY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF AND ONLY IF PAID IN ADVANCE OF SERVICE RATHER THAN IN THE REAR.

• NON-PAYMENT

  • PAYMENTS ARE DUE WEEKLY. BI-WEEKLY AND MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED IF PAID IN ADVANCE. IN THE EVENT THAT PAYMENTS ARE IN THE REAR OF MORE THAN $220.00 (2 WEEKS), LEGEND'S LEARNING CENTER AT LITTLE UNION WILL IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND SERVICES UNTIL ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE A NO ADMIT LIST POSTED THURSDAY OF EVERY WEEK.

 

All parents receiving child care assistance from the Office of Child Care Assistance Program should see the Director to discuss your co-pay for the weekly fees. Full rate for child care is due every Monday until we receive an award letter (CCAP 12) from the office of Child Care Assistance Program.   All fees paid, by you, prior to the award letter are non- refundable but will be applied to future fees. You are responsible for the DIFFERENCE in the amount that child care actually pays and the fees we charge. Failure to make timely weekly payments will result in no provider service and written notification will be sent to CCAP office of your failure to pay co-payment amount.

Weekly fees for After-school care will be $75.00 and is due every Monday at time of pickup of your child from the center.

With the exception of when the public schools are CLOSED for breaks (Fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year’s, Spring), TOTAL fees are due whether children do or do not come to the Center.   If school age students receive full day service when public schools are Closed, there is a daily fee of $23.00. The number of children we enroll is limited and is based upon our licensed capacity.  WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE OF WITHDRAWAL.  Such notification will not only prevent accumulation of weekly fees and late payment fees to your account but allow us an opportunity to fill each slot as soon as space becomes available.
